Pyrus ussuriensis 'Manchurian Pear'
The Pyrus ussuriensis ‘Manchurian Pear’ is a very attractive small to medium sized tree growing to approx 5 x 3 metres. The shiny dark-green leaves turn to brilliant autumn tones of varying colours ranging from purple, green, scarlet, gold, orange and red, the leaves on hold for a long time into winter. Clusters of white flowers are produced early spring. Manchurian Pears are suitable for many landscapes including small gardens, hedges, pleaching, street planting, features and more, plant in a sunny position and well drained soil.
